Mr. Pangelinan is a licensed architect and has 30+ years of experience in architecture, bidding and negotiation, construction and development. He is a highly accomplished, organized real estate and project development professional with expertise in executive level management and oversight of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. During his practice as an architect, his specialties were in design production and construction administration. He consistently delivers outstanding results by maintaining the company’s bigger pictures while meeting set goals. He is known for his ability to effectively create and manage efficient teams, reduce errors, resolve problems, and ultimately save his clients money by creating conceptual designs for potential  projects to more accurately be evaluated by the development team before making an offer for purchase.

Mr. Pangelinan is currently the Project Executive for a waterfront $75 million 288-key duel brand Marriott hotel project in Marina del Rey, California on Los Angeles County owned property for a nation-wide hotel developer and operator. As the Project Executive, Mr. Pangelinan developed the project budget and oversees all aspects of the development, including the entitlement process, design, ground lease negotiations, Environmental Impact Report, and franchise coordination. At 288 rooms, the hotel will be the third-largest hotel property in the Marina.

Mr. Pangelinan is also the construction manager for a luxury high-rise condominium project in San Diego. As construction manager and design consultant for the developer, he also provides pre-construction and construction administration services. Mr. Pangelinan is a member of the American Institute of Architects and received a Certificate of Construction Management from the San Diego State University. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute and the Construction Management Association of America.
